Wings Over Pittsburgh

Well yesterday, I got to go to my first air show.  To be more precise, the Wings Over Pittsburgh air show.  Even at 8:30 getting into the show took a long time.  However after sitting in about a 30-45 minutes of traffic, I got into the show.  Great thing about the air show is that parking is free and admission was free.  What’s not to love about free entertainment?

I had to go through more security than I thought.  First, I had to have my camera bag checked.  This wasn’t some bag checks at some other places, they literally opened up all compartments and inspected everything.  I give them credit for the thorough checking.  After having my bag checked, I had to get wanded.   I guess with military air craft and families being there, they couldn’t take any chances.
